The most beautiful rosewood and mirrored bar cabinet, an ebonized skyscraper shelving unit and Japanese wall art

Time for this week’s auction and estate sale links! Whether you’re looking to make a quick buck via flipping, you’re sourcing for your own home, or you’re a designer - I have some steals for you.

Bertoia dining set, a massive etagere and French club chairs

If you’re new, you can find my tips for bidding here - some pieces from last week’s post haven’t closed yet if you missed it!

French marble pedestals, a Noguchi cyclone table and Louis Poulsen

In most of my previous posts, all bids start at $1. This week I’ve sourced from various platforms, and several items have higher starting bids, but IMO everything included is reasonable - most start at under $500, with the highest at $1300 for a collector’s ebonized shelving unit. Hopefully this means less competition!

Make sure you are mindful of buyer’s premiums when bidding - this is an additional fee on top of what you bid if you win the auction. It’s often 30%.

Italian red cowhide, Danish MCM and faux goat hair seating

If you’d like to upgrade to a paid subscription, you’ll get access to weekly auction finds and specialized sourcing posts like this one, as well as creative business + manufacturing resources I share in The Basics - a series where I cover the ins and outs of starting a fashion brand :) Cancel anytime!

MCM shag rugs + French oak

These auctions begin close 1/15.

vintage fur coats, Tiffany x Elsa Peretti and plenty of animal print

Most of these finds are on the east coast, but if you aren’t local, you could schedule a Uship delivery. I usually list on their site and wait for delivery bids. Make sure you read the reviews!

Without further ado, here are the links for my picks this week -
